Regulatory Risk Professional Role
This position is part of an Enterprise Internal Ratings Based (IRB) Programme within the Risk Function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain knowledge of IRB regulatory requirements.
* Provide support in offering guidance to colleagues on regulatory matters.
* Gain understanding of internal IRB control environment to offer guidance on controls required to mitigate regulatory risks.
* Attend various forums to contribute to regulatory discussions.
* Ensure decision points are adequately evidenced.
* Coordinate Regulatory Workstream approaches with other workstreams.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience interpreting prudential regulatory requirements or knowledge of the credit risk control environment.
* Strong relationship-building and decision-making skills for collaboration with senior leaders.
* A motivated individual capable of bringing colleagues together to achieve solutions.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
