As the Associate Manager, Middle Office Operations for PGIM Fixed Income, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This involves direct supervision of a key Operational support team, increasing organizational capabilities through efficiencies and scale, and coaching, developing, and leading by example.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and settle daily collateral activities with numerous counterparties across multiple product types.
* Trade booking, issue resolution, position reconciliation, and communicating with internal and external partners.
* Anticipate issues that may introduce risk, cause errors, and adversely affect performance.
* Solve problems and incorporate new processes to mitigate risk.
What You Will Bring
* Degree in Economics, Finance or Business preferred.
* Experience supporting fixed income products or relevant experience.
* Financial product knowledge, supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and analytical & problem-solving skills.
