About the Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced
HR Generalist

What You'll Be Doing:
* Own payroll, pensions, and provide expert guidance to managers on EAP and HR queries.
* Lead and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, absenteeism, occupational health, and offboarding.
* Draft and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* Maintain HR systems and reporting, including payroll and HR metrics.
* Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and a positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years' experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration.
* Skilled with payroll software (Sage), HRIS, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong understanding of employment law.
* Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
