Your key responsibilities will be advising the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team on a wide range of regulatory issues related to digital wallets, payments, financial services, and emerging technologies. Leveraging your demonstrable working experience with European, UK, and other international directives, laws, and regulations concerning payments, financial services, digital wallets, and emerging technologies, you will design and implement robust regulatory compliance projects within a dynamic technology environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Significant experience and demonstrable track record providing expert advice on European, UK, and other international laws and regulations impacting payments, financial services, digital wallets, and emerging technologies.
Proven experience developing and communicating regulatory strategy to internal and external stakeholders, and managing complex regulatory compliance projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to open banking, consumer financial services, digital identity, payments processing, cyber resilience, operational resilience, and artificial intelligence.
Exceptional client development, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, coupled with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to collecting, storing, and using personal information is preferred.
Experience working effectively within an international team environment is a plus.
