MEP BIM Technician
The successful candidate will work as a MEP BIM Specialist for our organization, servicing clients in various sectors.
This role can be based in Cork or Dublin and involves working on the design and detailing of Mechanical and Electrical services across Data Centre, Pharma, Healthcare, Commercial, and Education projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in modelling mechanical and electrical systems within an engineering office or building contractor, proficiency in BIM authoring software such as Revit, Navisworks, and CAD 3D, and knowledge of MS Office word, excel, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work in BIM and CAD files using Revit and AutoCAD
* Support engineering staff via deliverables including drawings & schedules
* Take responsibility for discrete areas of system coordination as delegated by senior engineering staff
* Distribute and process workflow for the CAD team
* Liaise with internal team members and external clients regarding required drawing modifications
* Document control and filing
