Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Commis Chef
to join our team full-time. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage all areas of our kitchen, contributing to the creation of exceptional goods while upholding our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and produce a wide range of sandwiches, aswell assaladsand pizzas.
* Work collaboratively across all kitchen departments.
* Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and food safety regulations.
* Manage workload efficiently in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 yearexperience in a similar role.
* A passion for food and creativity.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English.
* Legal entitlement to work full-time in Ireland.
