Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Germany) Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with approximately 3 years experience required to join a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on large scale Datacentre Project in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate QS to join one of the busiest Irish Tier 1 Contractors in their expanding European Mainland operations. The successful Intermediate QS will have plenty of opportunity to progress and with a high level of responsibility from the beginning. The ideal Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will ideally have previous experience on Datacentre Projects. Requirements: Degree qualified with at least 4 years experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK. At least 2 years of residential construction in Ireland or the UK. Must be commercially and contractually aware. Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work. Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
