Role Description
We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful associate to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience eager to gain hands-on exposure across multiple business functions.
In this role, you will provide essential support in finance, HR, customer success, daily business operations, marketing, and client services. You'll be able to learn directly from experienced professionals while developing critical skills in problem-solving, communication, and business management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Handle incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
* Provide day-to-day administrative desk support to ensure smooth operations.
* Carry out daily invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks with accuracy.
* Assist with expense tracking and financial record-keeping.
* Maintain accurate client and internal data across multiple platforms.
* Participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency and service delivery.
* Support backend business processes to keep operations running seamlessly.
* Provide administrative support across HR functions, including recruitment coordination and employee documentation.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives such as social media updates, content support, and event coordination.
* Assist in drafting and scheduling newsletters, blogs, or client communications to enhance brand visibility.
* Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support business development and marketing strategies.
* Assist in cross-functional tasks as needed to support the wider team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, Finance, HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (open to recent graduates).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
* Some knowledge of immigration and employment permit processes is a plus
* Proficiency in administrative software and tools (MS) is a plus
* Previous internship, part-time/full-time work, or volunteering in administration, customer service, or business support is a plus, but not required.
