Enterprise Risk Management Professional
The role of an Enterprise Risk Manager involves overseeing regulatory compliance and risk management strategies within a financial services environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients and supporting the development of new business opportunities.

* Interpret and implement regulations effectively
You will have extensive experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong understanding of regulation, regulatory strategy, and financial regulator rules and guidance procedures. A third-level qualification in a related area is essential, while a Professional Diploma in Compliance from the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (ACOI) would be advantageous.
As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and tasks, including secondments to client compliance functions and the design and delivery of regulatory training.
Mentoring junior team members will also be a key aspect of the role, inspiring and motivating them to achieve common goals.
