The position is based in Dublin/Galway/Limerick, with most of the responsibilities able to conducted remotely. The Head of Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, increasing brand awareness, and managing overall brand marketing initiatives. Tasks include overseeing brand management, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring the brand's alignment with the company's mission and vision.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a long-term brand and marketing strategy that drives awareness and engagement.Oversee brand positioning, identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints - digital, packaging, retail, and experiential.Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, content creation, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.Analyze consumer insights and market trends to refine brand messaging and identify growth opportunities.Build and manage relationships with creative agencies, photographers, designers, and other external partners.Ensure consistent and impactful brand expression across every consumer interaction.Grow our socials, strengthening our tribe and furthering the movement of intentional healthy living.QualificationsExpertise in Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Brand AwarenessExperience in Marketing and Brand ManagementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and storytelling skillsProven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaignsStrategic thinker with a creative mindsetBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications is a plusExperience in the beverage, wellness or supplement industry is a plusActively pursuing a healthy lifestyle and passionate about helping others do the same.
