About The RoleA fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Team Lead who will work on-site with one of our pharma clients in Galway. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills as well as passion for Security and likes to be hands-on.The position would require working days, 12hrs shifts, 36/48hrs per week.Rate of Pay : €16.41 Per HourYou must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.Applicants must be PSA licencedYou must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.The Team Lead role is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service, deputising for the Site Supervisor when needed.DutiesMonitor and maintain the security standards for the contract as laid down in the client's procedures.Monitor security team duties being delivered across the site and ensure frequencies and standards of site security are sufficient for client needsEnsure the smooth running of day-to-day operations by deploying staff appropriatelyReport any incidents to the site security supervisor.Escalate incidents or areas of concern to the security supervisor / site facilities teamsConstantly project a professional image of the company by being an ambassador of Bidvest Noonan's PRIDE values: Professionalism, Respect, Innovation, Determination and ExcellenceEnsure the security team are carrying out patrol tasks throughout the dayAdhere to client SOPs at all timesTeam Management ResponsibilitiesBe the point of contact for the day shift Security Team, striving to consistently deliver service excellence and value, meeting customers' expectations and anticipating changing requirements so to deliver the best service possible.Develop good working relationships with colleagues in order to engender a strong team spirit amongst the security team.Disseminate information on a daily basis to the Security Team.Deliver training and toolbox talks to the Security Team as required.Ensure colleagues project a professional image in their dress, behaviour, attitude and method of working.
