Early Years Manager Position

* Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility.
* Lead and support a team of professionals in childcare.
* Manage rosters, compliance, and health & safety standards.
* Build strong relationships with parents/guardians.
* Ensure high-quality programmes align with Solta, Aistear, and Tusla standards.
Requirements:
* Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education (Level 7/8 preferred).
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passion for early years education and care.
