Business Culture Partner
This role will deliver strategic HR services to improve satisfaction and understanding of job roles in a customer-focused environment. The Business Culture Partner reports to the Head of HR Operations, working closely with management functions at all levels.
* Drive employee engagement through commercially focussed initiatives
* Develop people skills through coaching and training programs
* Support talent management systems for succession planning and goal setting
