Dolly's is a vibrant new café and yoga studio in the heart of Liscannor.
We pride ourselves on great coffee, friendly service, and creating a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Café Manager to take the lead in the day-to-day running of the café.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, making coffee, supporting a small team, and helping shape a fun, community-focused space.
At this time of year, the café is open Friday to Monday, so the role will reflect quieter winter hours.
After the winter season, hours may increase as the café moves into busier periods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage weekly ordering and stock for the café.
Train and support new staff.
Create weekly staff rosters.
Make and serve coffee to a high standard.
Keep the café tidy, organised, and welcoming.
Lead by example to ensure excellent, friendly customer service.
Work with the Yoga Studio Manager to coordinate catering for events and workshops.
Bring new ideas to help grow the café and create a vibrant atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
Previous café or waitressing experience (essential).
Barista skills and confidence making coffee.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Keen interest in being part of a new and dynamic community space.
Previous management or rostering experience advantageous but not required training and support will be provided.
