We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our hotel's finance and administration team.
This is a part time role, 3 day week.
This role plays an important part in the smooth daily running of the business and will suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and people.
Key responsibilities include managing daily cash handling and reconciliation, processing daily sales data, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, preparing reports for department heads, and supporting month-end tasks.
Additional administrative duties will include filing, correspondence, updating internal systems, and working closely with operational teams to ensure accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will have strong numerical accuracy, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Previous experience in hospitality finance or administration is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
