We supply well-known food brands into foodservice, working with wholesalers and catering to restaurants, hotels, bars, cafes, and other establishments.
As Customer Service Executive/Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative team, acting as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, handling queries, processing orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage B2B customer relationships via phone and email with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
2. Process sales orders and credit notes accurately and promptly
3. Maintain up-to-date customer price files and communicate stock availability
4. Resolve queries and issues efficiently, acting as a point of escalation when needed
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
6. Communicate updates regarding new product listings, order statuses, and availability
7. Provide first-class support to field sales and key account teams
