Area Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support Store Managers across your territory
* Drive team motivation, efficiency, and collaboration
* Develop and coach your management teams
* Analyse stock, sales, and KPIs to maximise performance
* Conduct store visits, audits, and cash management checks
* Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings
* Deliver annual business plans and staffing structures
* Implement company strategy within your territory
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years' management experience
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within territory/area
* Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills
* Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a high-performance setting
* Experience in a fast-paced retail or operational environment
* Area or multi-site management experience is an advantage
