About Us:Evcone Ireland Ltd. are a fit-out and technical services company specialising in the retail sector.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator for our Technical Services department. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and excellent client service.You will handle a variety of tasks including accounts support, invoicing, purchasing, and project-specific administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue weekly client invoices and monitor payments.Maintain accurate financial records using Sage or similar accounting software.Upload quotations to client portals and manage purchase orders.Ensure all work orders are documented accurately.Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk calls and liaise with client teams.Assist with monthly accruals, timesheets, and expense management.Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and departmental diary.Maintain up-to-date filing systems and contribute to process improvements.Support ad-hoc administrative requests and general enquiries.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar administrative role.Proficiency in Sage or equivalent accounting software.Strong communication skills – assertive yet diplomatic.Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.Awareness of QSHE processes and protocols.Fluent English speaker.Eligibility to work in the EUEducation:Leaving Certificate (preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)Administration: 1 year (required)What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Be part of a collaborative and supportive team.Opportunity to develop your skills in a growing technical services environment.Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:00pmJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00 per yearApplication question(s):Do you require a work permit to work in the EU?Education:Leaving Certificate (required)Experience:administration : 1 year (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
