Internal Opportunity: Senior Paid Media Specialist

About This Role
This is an internal hire for RocketDevs’ own growth team — not a client placement. We’re investing directly in building an in-house performance marketing engine that scales our own campaigns and future hiring pipelines.
As our Senior Paid Media Specialist, you’ll own, run, and optimize RocketDevs’ paid channels across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll work directly with the founders, growth, and design teams to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI as we expand our reach.
What You’ll Do
* Lead strategy, execution, and daily optimization of RocketDevs’ in-house paid ads on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
* Develop audience targeting plans and test full-funnel campaigns — top of funnel to conversion.
* Write briefs for ad creatives, collaborate with designers, and experiment with messaging to boost CTR and conversions.
* Analyze performance data, track budgets, and share clear, actionable reports with the team.
* Recommend new tests, channel opportunities, or tools to stay ahead of performance goals.
* Own our tracking setup — from pixels to GA4 to Conversion API — ensuring clean, reliable data.
* Report directly to our Head of Growth or Founder.
