Field Care Supervisor Job Description
This is a senior role in the field care team, responsible for leading and managing the delivery of care services to service users.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing reporting mechanisms, liaising with families and service users, and working closely with the area care manager to ensure that the high standards of the company are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing reporting mechanisms particularly incident/accident reports.
* Liaising directly with families for case set-ups.
* Communicating effectively with the care manager.
* Working closely with the area care manager to implement policies and procedures.
* Communicating effectively with service users and their families to build and maintain an effective relationship.
Requirements:
* A Level 7 or 8 degree or working towards a degree in social studies.
* Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in working in a busy team environment.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and judgement making critical decisions and recommendations.
