Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will support the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations, motivate teams, and ensure shops are welcoming spaces for customers and volunteers.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Shop Manager in managing and developing the shop according to work plans and financial targets
* Train, supervise, and manage shop staff, both paid and voluntary
* Ensure the shop's appearance aligns with brand standards internally and externally
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and motivational skills, eligibility to work in the State, and brand awareness.
