Your role as Housekeeping Supervisor includes:
1. Supervising the servicing of guest bedrooms, public areas, and turndown service.
2. Maintaining five-star hygiene standards and supervising the Housekeeping Team professionally.
3. Ensuring compliance with cleaning checklists according to hotel standards.
4. Communicating effectively with the Management Team.
5. Regularly checking public areas and toilets to ensure standards are maintained.
Shift work and flexibility are required for this position.
The successful candidate should have a strong guest focus, excellent communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written English, multitasking abilities, and a positive contribution to The Merrion culture. Flexibility to meet guest and business needs is essential.
