Senior Site Engineer – Leading Developer (Portlaoise)
A leading property developer is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their team for a large-scale residential project based in Portlaoise. This role offers long-term work in the area and provides excellent career progression opportunities with a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Oversee site activities, ensuring all work is completed in line with design specifications and safety regulations.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical support and advice to site management and other stakeholders.
Liaise with clients, project managers, and design teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth project progression.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates.
Requirements:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in site engineering, ideally in residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site management practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
Full clean driver’s license.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary between €70,000 and €80,000 per annum.
