We are inviting applications for Full Time Spa Therapists to join our newly opened luxury spa at Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort.
Qualifications and Requirements
ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualification are essential
Minimum 1-2 years Spa or Salon experience
Experience in Body and Facial treatments
Must be available to work weekends and Bank Holidays

Client focused with excellent customer service skills
Present a professional image at all times
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, able to work alone with good personal organisation
Positive attitude towards clients and colleagues at all times
True passion for the role
Excellent communication skills, confident to upsell
Duties
Provide a 4‑star customer journey to all clients
Perform 4‑star treatments as per in‑house training procedures
Conduct thorough consultations with each client
Offer expert home‑care advice and recommendations
Maintain the highest level of cleanliness of your treatment room
Assist other team members in their roles
Stock‑take treatment room products each month to ensure consistent stock levels
Follow stock rotation, aware of product usage and waste prevention
Always maintain professionalism and courtesy towards guests and colleagues
Maintain time management and organisation as set out per day
Comply with statutory legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene and Employment
Assist with reception duties when required
Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
Attend and participate in spa meetings and training when required
