Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
* Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
* Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring compliance and a positive exit experience.
* Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.
Requirements:
* A university degree, preferably in an HR-related field.
* 7-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international organization.
* Experience in IT sector is a plus.
* High proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
* Results-driven orientation and the ability to work in demanding and high-paced organizations.
