The Irish Management Institute (IMI) is looking for a strategic and technically capable marketer to join our team as Campaigns and Content Manager. This is a mid-level role within the marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside the Marketing Manager. You’ll lead our digital engagement strategy, spanning social media, email marketing, multimedia content, webinars, podcasts, and more.
You will play a central role in promoting IMI’s programmes and services to professional and corporate audiences, including events, customised programmes, corporate membership, professional diplomas, and short programmes.
About the role
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of email marketing platforms, data segmentation, and campaign automation. You will manage campaigns end to end, from planning and targeting to creative development, deployment, and performance analysis. You’ll also take ownership of IMI’s social strategy and lead the production of engaging multimedia content, including webinars and podcasts.

Key responsibilities

* Co-create and implement IMI’s email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, automation, personalisation, and analytics
* Work extensively with email marketing software; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage
* Lead IMI’s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, with additional activity across Instagram and Facebook
* Plan and manage webinars end to end, including promotion, event management, and follow-up
* Manage podcast production and promotion, from scheduling and editing to publishing and distribution
* Script and direct video content for campaigns and testimonials; ability to film and edit is a bonus
* Create and manage marketing campaigns to support new product launches and business objectives
* Use AI tools, CRM, CMS, and scheduling platforms to streamline activity and support campaign delivery
* Work closely with sales, programme teams, and external stakeholders to align campaigns with strategic goals
About you
You are an experienced marketer with a strong technical skill set and a hands-on approach. You’re confident working across platforms, comfortable with data, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You enjoy combining creativity with performance-focused execution.
Work Location and Virtual Work: This role is based at IMI’s headquarters in Dublin. Travel within Ireland and, occasionally, internationally is required to attend meetings, conferences and client engagements.
IMI recognises the importance of flexible work arrangements and promotes a hybrid work model that combines in-person and virtual work. The employee has the flexibility to work remotely for a part of their working hours, subject to operational requirements and the agreement of their line manager as outlined in the Hybrid and Flexible working policy.
Requirements
* 3–5 years’ experience in a senior digital or campaign marketing role
* Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage), including automation and analytics
* Experience working with CMS platforms (Wordpress)
* Strategic social media experience, especially with LinkedIn
* Strong technical capability and confidence working with digital tools and platforms
* Experience running webinars and podcasts from start to finish
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
