Job Title: Administrator Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team.
About the Role:
* Provide business administrative support to our team, including financial processes, travel arrangements, events, and equipment maintenance.
* Assist in managing diaries, arranging meetings, and drafting letters and communications.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
* At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
* Financial analysis skills.
* Ability to read and understand complex budget information.
* Experience of working with complex budget information.
* Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
