HR Administrator Role

* Coordinate training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions.

The HR administrator is responsible for supporting the Learning & Development function and HR technology initiatives. This requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
A degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with previous experience in HR administration or L&D coordination. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
