AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a CEO on behalf of our client, an established company within the retail services sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin.
Role:
* Responsible for leading and executing the strategic vision of the organisation and driving the company’s growth, profitability, and market share.
* Develop and implement the company’s strategic plans aligning with market trends and customer requirements.
* Set ambitious goals and objectives for the company’s growth and profitability making informed decisions based on market research, industry analysis and competitive intelligence.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth and profitability.
* Optimise financial performance, including revenue growth, cost management, cashflow and profitability.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective and efficient optimisation of resources.
* Foster a strong team culture to deliver operational excellence, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

* Proven record of successful leadership in a GM, MD, or CEO role previously.
* Experience within an SME or founder led business a distinct advantage
* A passion for the retail and FMCG sector and supporting customers with innovative solutions.
* Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive growth in revenue and profitability.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
