Sales Development Manager Role
This is a key position within our organisation that focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners across the south of Ireland. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering results-driven solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales revenue through dealer partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition to this role's core responsibilities outlined above, there may be other duties assigned as required by management or circumstances. To be successful as a Sales Development Manager you should hold relevant experience working within an automotive finance environment preferably holding financial qualifications such as ACMA certified accountants ,ACA members,cim/cpd.
In meeting with current partner dealers they will deliver clear agendas documenting actions from all stake holders when engaging present establishing progress reports from regional mangers feedback welcomed at board level.
As part of your continuous professional development regular training sessions are held quarterly providing insights into risk management compliance strategy
and fraud prevention legalities regulation changes affecting us.
