We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our residential support service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and success of our service users.

You will have a strong educational background in a relevant field, such as social care, psychology, or youth work, and a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and manage a team of social care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
* To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each service user.
* To ensure that all aspects of care and support are delivered in a safe, respectful, and person-centered manner.
* To communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and their families to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in the care planning process.
Requirements:
* A degree in social care, psychology, or a related field.
* At least two years' experience working in a social care setting.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A full clean manual driver's license.
