Role Overview
As a senior nursing professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high standards of care and service to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities
* To conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients admitted to the service, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
* To lead the nursing team on the unit, providing guidance and support to junior staff in clinical decision making and promoting best practice.
* To maintain the highest standard of nursing care, including the administration of medicines, storage and custody, in line with established protocols.
* To assume charge of the Centre in the absence of the Director of Nursing, exercising sound judgment and leadership skills.
