Scoping & SOW Development: Translate customer requirements into accurate Statements of Work (SOW) and technical task lists, ensuring project profitability and technical feasibility. ? The \"Presentation Layer\": Translate complex GCP services (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI, VPC Service Controls) into clear, value-driven presentations for non-technical stakeholders. ? Engineering Guardrails: Establish the \"Blueprints\" and landing zones that the engineering team will use for implementation, ensuring alignment with the Google Cloud Well-Architected Framework. ? Partner Advantage Stewardship: Help maintain our Google Partner status by achieving and maintaining the Professional Cloud Architect certification and contributing to \"Pre-sales Influence\" tracking.
