The Role:
• Deliver commercial building surveying services including:
– Contract administration
– Technical due diligence
– Dilapidations
– Building pathology
• Produce high-quality reports and documentation
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Contribute to business development and fee generation
The Person:
• MRICS / SCSI qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
• Commercially astute with experience in a proactive consultancy environment
• Excellent technical building knowledge and strong project delivery skills
• Strong report writing and client presentation abilities
• Embraces technology and innovation in service delivery
• A confident communicator and effective team player
