What is the role?
The Territory Manager is responsible for enabling the commercial performance of our distribution partners by providing clinical support and training on Aerogen products to end users.
The role leverages deep knowledge of Aerogen products, services, and processes to nurture relationships with existing customers, develop new opportunities, and support distributors in delivering the sales pipeline.
The manager communicates the value of Aerogen products, overcomes clinical and commercial barriers, and forges strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a territory plan that drives Aerogen revenues through customer engagement, territory management, and effective collaboration with Aerogen OEM and distributor partners.
Deliver a high-quality territory action plan following the Aerogen commercial excellence framework, including:
Key account performance based on account potential and execution against these accounts.
Reporting of weekly activities using the CRM tool.
Leverage omnichannel customer tools to drive and reinforce access.
Leverage global marketing campaigns.
Provide sales support, including training and support for distributor and OEM partners.
Work with distributor partners within the region to align on strategic direction.
Collaborate with distributor partners to align on growth focus.
Drive utilization of Aerogen's sales excellence and learning management tools with distributors.
Ensure strong customer engagement, systematic KOL engagement, and close liaison with Medical Affairs in key accounts as required.
Partner with Aerogen's Marketing team on the launch of new products.
Conduct, in partnership with the distributor, peer-to-peer and promotional events in the assigned territory.
Ensure strong engagement with government sectors' main KOLs responsible for major tender procurements such as the Ministry of Health.
Build access to main reimbursement authorities within the territory, including insurance companies, to enhance product approval and coverage.
Participate in partners' QBR meetings when appropriate.
Education and Experience
BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in similar commercial roles within the medical device industry.

Ability to travel extensively domestically (approximately 80 % of the time) and internationally as required.
