Job Title: Regional Service Delivery Manager
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of services in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will work closely with operational managers to ensure the highest standards of service delivery within available resources.
The post holder will provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring that services are delivered consistently with the Talbot Group Model of Person-Centred Care and Support. You will also support operational managers in the delivery and governance of service provision, ensuring safety and quality of service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Significant operational experience in managing and/or delivering complex services within the area of health or social care.
* Experience of managing and working collaboratively with others as relevant to the role.
* Experience in team management and development.
* A high standard of suitability and management ability.
