Financial Director Permanent Location: Dublin, County Dublin Type: Full-time | Permanent A+F Recruitment is partnering with a luxury retail brand to recruit their Finance Director.If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.This is an exciting opportunity for a senior finance leader to join a high-performing supply chain and finance function within the global operations of a premium, design-led organisation.The successful candidate will report to the Global Supply Chain Vice President and functionally to the CFO, taking ownership of the financial operations for the Irish entity.The role involves a mix of strategic leadership, financial oversight, and team management.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial, administrative, legal, and risk management operations for the Irish entity Ensure trade compliance and accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with corporate and statutory standards Manage relationships with auditors and local tax authorities Lead internal control processes and ensure corrective action plans are implemented Support business transformation initiatives through strategic financial guidance and analysis Drive improvements in cash flow, billing, collections, and financial systems Provide impactful financial insights to executive management and non-finance stakeholders Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with Irish legal, tax, and regulatory requirements Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting (P&L and balance sheet) Proven leadership xsokbrc experience in a complex, multinational environment Strong knowledge of internal controls, trade compliance, and financial systems Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable: Knowledge of Irish legal and tax framework Proficiency in SAP S/4 and Power BI Fluency in Italian or French Benefits: Competitive salary Performance-based bonus Housing allowance Car allowance To Apply: Pleaseclick 'Apply' to submit your application.
