Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contract development and procedures, along with pre and post-contract requirements for key Infrastructure Department projects.
* Ensure adherence to daa's contract processes, as well as contractual requirements of awarded Contracts, framework agreements, and Work Orders.
* Develop contracting standards and drive continuous improvement in adherence to NEC contracts and best practices within the Infrastructure Department.
Pre-contract duties include working with Procurement and Legal teams to support Programme Directors on Contractor engagement, in line with Contracting Entity procedures and procurement strategy.
Post-contract responsibilities include managing Contract administration from award to completion, take-over of works, and final assessment. This includes reviewing subcontractors and acceptance of subcontract documents.
The role involves overseeing Contractor performance based on Key Performance Indicators and contributing to dispute management, as required.
