Project Manager Role
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management structure, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate architectural and engineering information with site teams
* Manage technical submittals process from preparation to tracking documents in line with contract programme
* Prioritise tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work
Must have 10+ years' industry experience as Design Manager on Commercial/Residential projects. Relevant Third level qualification (Engineering or Architectural) is required. Previous Main Contractor experience is desirable but not essential.
