Grade IV Medical Secretary Location: Dublin City Centre North Hourly Rate: €19.37 Contract Type: Temporary Full-Time Our client, a busy medical facility is seeking a highly organised and professional Grade IV Medical Secretary to support a busy medical team.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong hospital administration or medical receptionist experience who are looking to join a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Must have 50-60wpm typing and audio typing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact at reception for patients, consultants, and clinical staff Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and follow-ups Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and communications Liaise with nursing and multidisciplinary teams Support day-to-day administrative operations of a clinical department Essential Requirements: Minimum 1years' experience as a medical secretary, receptionist, or administrator in a hospital or clinical setting Typing speeds of 50-60wpm and Audio Typing Familiarity with medical records systems and patient management protocols How to Apply: Submit your CV to Jane Ryan via the link provided.
