Marketing Effectiveness Manager
We are partnering with a leading national brand, who are seeking a high-performing Marketing Performance and Effectiveness Manager to join a dynamic marketing communications team on a 12-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring performance-led thinking into practice, ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable growth and impact.
In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimise the marketing budget, agency relationships, and performance scorecard to drive effectiveness across campaigns and channels. You will be a trusted advisor within the team, applying data-driven insights to guide strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply marketing effectiveness principles and best practice across all marketing activity.
* Own, evolve, and report on the Marketing Scorecard, delivering actionable insights and clear recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
* Partner with advertising managers to assess creative and media strategies through a performance lens.
* Collaborate with internal data teams and agency partners to build econometric models that improve ROI.
* Manage the group marketing budget, supporting budget owners with recommendations and reporting.
* Oversee contracts and procurement processes as required.
* Lead agency management, including budget oversight, hours, key meetings, and relationship development.
About You
* Strong understanding of marketing effectiveness theory and its practical application.
* Experience in budget management and performance reporting.
* Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proven experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
This role is being offered as a contract initially but is likely to turn into something longer term for the right candidate. The role is based out of an office in Santry, Dublin North, you will be required onsite a minimum of 2 days per week.
