We're looking for a Primary Care Specialist with a strong scientific background to join a team that takes a forward-looking approach to healthcare. About the role:
You will be responsible for delivering sales, market share, and growth objectives across your territory, while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The role involves developing and executing territory plans, delivering high standards of operational excellence, and contributing to the success of national disease management programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales performance and achieving territory objectives
* Providing value to healthcare professionals beyond the product itself
* Using evidence-based clinical discussions to support business goals
* Collaborating effectively within your territory and across teams
* Managing budgets and ensuring strong return on investment
* Is accountable for and proactively collaborates to realise his/her territory omnichannel strategy
* Always does the right thing and adheres to the spirit and the commitments of company Values and the IPHA code of practice.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in business or science
* Full driving licence
* Strong scientific understanding and digital capability
* Self-starter with problem-solving skills and accountability
* Someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution
