What you'll do
* Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
* Achieve targets based on KPIs
* Manage, motivate, and develop the store team
* Maintain adequate stock levels
* Deliver excellent customer service consistently
What you'll need
• Completed leaving certificate or equivalent
• At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving license
• Passion for working in a dynamic environment, hitting targets, and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts
• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred but not essential if you have the right attitude
What you'll receive
We ensure pay equality across all Lidl positions through our salary system:
• €48,000, increasing to €57,000 after 3 years
• 20 days holiday per year, increasing to 25 days after 2 years
