Park Recruit are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor, on behalf of an established and growing construction company based in Co.
Tyrone.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who are delivering high-quality modular construction projects across the northern half of Ireland.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the full tender process through to the construction phase, while also mentoring junior members of the commercial team to support ongoing development and performance.
?????? ???????????????????????????????? Preparation of project costings for tenders, analysing materials, quantities, labour, and time, with thorough record-keeping throughout.
Negotiation of contracts and work schedules.
Management of the financial aspects of projects, including cost control and reporting.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct risk analysis, value management, and cost control.
Advise on procurement strategy.
Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team, promoting development and knowledge sharing.
???????????????????????????? ?????? ???????????? Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (experience in modular construction is advantageous).
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Previous experience mentoring or coaching team members is highly desirable.
