We are looking for passionate people to join our Permanent Team and build a future in rewarding work that truly changes lives.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Practice LeadershipPromote the health, wellbeing, safety and rights of Service Users in line with company policies and HIQAstandards.Demonstrate best practice and lead by example when providing direct care.Fulfil rostered hours in line with policy.Support, guide and oversee Support Workers in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.Facilitate Key Worker meetings and support Key Workers to deliver on individual responsibilities.Actively identify, mentor and develop potential future leaders within the team, ensuring a strong internaltalent pipeline and succession readiness.Embrace and actively promote the company's family and values-based principles.People Management & Workforce SupportProvide supervision to team members in line with supervision policy.Support the Service Manager with recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees.Take the lead in delivering company induction for new starters at service level.Support the Service Manager in managing performance, attendance and conduct issues.Conduct fact-finding processes in line with the Disciplinary Policy, with outcomes reviewed by theService Manager and HR.Support compliance with mandatory and role-specific training requirements.Quality, Risk & ComplianceWork in full compliance with legislative requirements, HIQA standards and health and safety legislation.Ensure Person-Centred Plans are in place, implemented, reviewed and evaluated for each Service User.Oversee medication management processes and ensure adherence to medication policy.Ensure all daily documentation is completed accurately and signed.Carry out audits, monitor compliance and support implementation of corrective actions.Support the Service Manager with incident management, safeguarding concerns, restrictive practicesand actions arising from HIQA or internal audits.Complete Root Cause Analysis following incidents or accidents.Immediately report safeguarding allegations or concerns in line with policy and legislation.Record and report all incidents in line with company requirements.Operations, Rostering & AdministrationSupport the Service Manager in operating the roster system to meet the needs of the service withinagreed budgeted hours.Process weekly and monthly payroll inputs accurately and on time, escalating discrepancies.Maintain and update the HRIS accurately.Liaise with internal departments and external professionals as required.Coordinate and report maintenance and upkeep issues, liaising with relevant internal and externalparties.Support the Service Manager in referral assessments, assessments of need, transition planning anddischarge processes.Career Progression Pathway (3X Leadership Pipeline)The Team Leader role represents the first formal leadership role within the service structure and is a criticalfeeder role within the organisation's 3X leadership and succession planning framework.A core expectation of the role is that the Team Leader actively spots, develops and prepares their ownsuccessor, embedding a culture of continuous talent development, readiness and internal progression.Progression is supported through structured experience, education and exposure, alongside performanceand values alignment.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years' experience working in a social care or disability service.Proven experience supporting individuals with complex needs in a regulated environment.Experience providing leadership, supervision or acting-up responsibilities within a team.Demonstrated ability to lead by example and role model person-centred, values-led care.Experience working with policies, procedures, audits and compliance requirements.EducationQQI Level 5 qualification (Essential) in a relevant discipline.QQI Level 7 qualification (Desirable) in a relevant discipline.Commitment to completing QQI Level 6 in Management Essentials as part of your leadershipdevelopment.Sound knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.Excellent command of spoken and written English.What we offerDevelop and progress your career through fully funded additional training and development.Mileage and expenses provided.Discounted health insurance with our healthcare provider.Earn from our paid Refer-a-Friend scheme.Fuel discount schemeResilience is proud to be an equal opportunity employerINRH
