Overview A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a highly respected and long established firm with offices across Northern Ireland.
With a strong reputation built over three decades, the firm is known for delivering excellent client service across a range of legal areas, and is particularly well regarded in property and private client work.
Based in the Ballyclare office, the successful candidate will take a lead role in managing residential conveyancing matters, supporting junior team members, and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion Advise clients on all aspects of buying, selling, re-mortgaging, and transferring property Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions Provide mentorship and support to junior solicitors and legal support staff Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and client communication Contribute to business development and the continued success of the conveyancing department Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing Proven ability to manage files independently and provide expert legal advice to a range of clients Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes in Northern Ireland Excellent client facing and communication skills Highly organised and capable of working efficiently under pressure Ability to supervise, support, or mentor more junior team members A commercial, solution focused mindset Whats on Offer Competitive salary, dependent on experience Flexibility around working hours and structure for the right candidate A well established and supportive team environment Autonomy in managing your caseload and contributing to departmental growth Long term career prospects with a respected regional firm For more details please contact Orla Milligan at Pathway Careers on the number above or email your cv to in complete confidence.
