About the Role:
* Responsible for: Oversee daily store operations, guarantee efficient and effective performance.
* Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with the Regional Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets, gross profit margin, net margin, waste reduction, and other KPIs.
* Training and Development: Lead training and onboarding for all new employees, maintaining high standards per company policies and best practices.
* Health and Safety: Maintain strict health, safety, and security standards to protect employees and customers.
* Sales Upselling: Train staff to effectively upsell promotional offers and identify sales opportunities.
* Stock Management: Manage stock control processes, aligning with company standards.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic retail management position.
* Prior Experience: Strong people management skills and effective communication abilities.
* Achievement Record: A proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
* Key Skills: Hands-on experience in stock management, financial reporting, and relevant management systems.
