About The Role

Are you ready to take on a strategic commercial role with global impact?

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Global Account Director to spearhead our relationship with Nestle. This is your chance to develop, drive, and lead the account strategy, leveraging Kerry’s internal capabilities in a cross-functional manner to deliver sustainable and profitable growth that meets customer needs and requirements.

This is a Europe based role. Home office is possible.

Key Responsibilities


* Craft and Execute Winning Strategies: Develop and execute tailored strategies for the global account to drive long-term growth. You'll work on a global perspective, developing and aligning regional revenue targets. Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and cross-functional global leaders, as well as regional account leads, to identify opportunities and align initiatives.
* Lead with Innovation: Identify areas for growth on a short, medium, and long-term basis, based on customer needs and Kerry's strengths. Prioritize and effectively lead global account efforts to optimize planning, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth in line with our Technologies, Channel, and Regional priorities.
* Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and coordinate virtual, cross-functional account teams to present a consistent Kerry approach to this key customer. Address customer needs and technology strategies in developed global account plans.
* Drive Global Collaboration: Work closely with Technology leaders, marketing, and strategy leads to ensure consistency across regions. Collaborate with global account managers, technical and innovation leads, and the director of marketing and strategy to ensure a unified approach. Regularly share insights and align on global account priorities and initiatives.
* Lead Negotiations and Partnerships: Take charge of global negotiations, agreements, partnerships, NDAs, JDAs, core list status, RFPs, and relationship matrices.

Qualifications And Skills

* Experience: Demonstrated Background in a similar role with significant exposure to senior management within a sales environment (global scope, managing relevant customers)
* Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry, ideally across a range of markets (Flavours/Biotics/Specialty Ingredients backgound)
* Management Skills: Proven experience working in influence-based roles within a large, matrixed organization. Ability to work cross-functionally with others and/or virtual teams.
