Our client is recruiting for an experienced Supply & Stock Control Administrator to join their team and play a key role in making sure their products are in the right place, at the right time, in perfect condition. Youll be the essential link between their Supply & Inventory Manager, Sales & Marketing team, Warehouse Operations and their logistics partners. Your precision and proactive mindset will help them maintain accurate stock levels, streamline order fulfilment and ensure smooth transitions across product lines. This is a six month contract initially, based in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Salary is circa €48k pa plus generous 10% completion bonus, they also offer 25 days AL and hybrid working (3 days at home and 2 in the office). DUTIES OF THE ROLE Collaborating with Business Advisors to forecast weekly product needs Processing orders and aligning with warehouse teams on delivery timelines Sending out weekly stock reports and aligning inventory records Managing open sales lines with Telesales and adjusting stock where needed to ensure order completion Monitoring shelf-life expiry via SAP and aligning with sales forecasts Coordinating stock testing procedures with the warehouse team Creating essential documentation including invoices and customs paperwork Validating good stock returns between warehouse and Telesales entries Overseeing bonded stock and communicating key movements to the warehouse and Tax Manager Reviewing and updating product IDs in line with transitions Comparing weekly warehouse sales data against SAP records Investigating any variances in stock values with warehouse or Telesales teams THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : Third-level qualification (preferred but not essential) Min 4 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Previous exposure to ERP systems (Ideally SAP) Detail-oriented with a knack for accurate data handling Understanding of the financial impact of inventory and supply chain decisions If you're someone who loves structure, enjoys solving puzzles with data, and wants to work in a role that sits at the heart of business operations we'd love to hear from you or 9121894 Skills: SAP FMCG exp supply chain logistics Benefits: WFH 3 days per week 10% completion bonus SAP
