We are a multi-channel, customer-obsessed company committed to delivering world-class entertainment to our players.Position OverviewAs a Supervisor, you will be a key leader on the floor, working closely with the General Manager andAssistant Manager to drive the performance and success of the venue. You will lead the team duringyour shift, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and complianceare always maintained.You will be responsible for motivating the team, managing cash operations, and creating a positiveand engaging atmosphere for both staff and customers.As a leader, you'll enjoy a varied schedule that combines day, evening, and weekend shifts, giving youthe opportunity to engage with the business at its busiest times. Direct gaming industry experience isnot essential. We strongly encourage applications from accomplished supervisors with a strongbackground in high-volume retail or hospitality.This is a full-time role, 4 days per week, 35 hours with a rotating schedule, which may vary between09:00am and 02:00am, and includes weekends.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Assistants during your shift, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.Operational Management: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage cash desk operations, and ensure the venue is presented to the highest standards.Customer Experience: Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries, resolving them professionally to ensure a welcoming and positive atmosphere.Performance & Compliance: Monitor on-shift performance, ensuring the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and responsible gaming standards. Required Skills & ExperienceAt least 1 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment.Proven experience in cash handling and reconciliation.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.Good numeracy skills, Microsoft Excel experience and Computer skills.
